They want me to pay them $89 a month for just to get Max. I dont think thats right not at all when they say on my text messages I can get it for five dollars for 12 months. They told me that dont apply to me wow.

I paid twice through my service provider and through HBO with cash app cash app is wrong the service through my provider is right I wanted to be refunded with cash app as of now I have paid twice and cash app doesn't allow me to access what was included in the bundle

Hello. I PAYED $209.99 for the premium plan.
However, when I came back to watch on HBO Max and it said I couldn't and that I had to restart my subscription. I just don't get it... Could you help me out?
It says order or contract ID but I have no clue to what that is but I have a screenshot of proof that I bought the Premium Plan for $209.99. Please Help!

Subscription is paused cannot figure out how to un pause
Nobody answered please call me back at (661)596-****. I have tried everything it says online to do, although I don't understand how to go to Google play store to manage the subscription in order to unpause it.
How did it get paused anyway. I'm not very happy. This probably should have never happened.
Now the direction given does not fix anything. I need assistance

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After making our complaint, our max service was suddenly completely restored
Was asked to update, tried to update, but wouldn't let us update or get into the account. Tried deleting many apps, but still would not let us in.
No matter what we do, it will not let us watch Max, which we are subscribed to, and we are trying to update. We have tried everything imaginable.

As I explained I was trying to get rid of Roku being in charge of my account and go directly through max. As I was going to be directed in how to get rid of them when I was hung up on.
So left me choice but to just not worry about max anymore.
Because it's so difficult to keep my profile and change how I pay for max is all I wanted to do. So now you have lost a customer and don't feel your company cares about that.
User's recommendation: My issue was never resolved I still don't have max even after I updated my payment method. Also while talking to your representative she hung up before I could do what she was going to have me try. So to me this showed me your company just don't care about the customer. I wanted to get off of Roku and just get billed directly from max guess that's not going to happen. So I just won't ever use max again
