I am highly and i mean highly upset with your company constantly taking my money from my account! I have tried to cancel my subscription time and after time and you wont allow me to. Then when i try to sign into hbo max you guys tell me my subscription is canceled but CONSTANTLY take money from my account every month. I am absolutely FURIOUS with you guys and honestly feel like im being robbed at this point. Then i try to contact you guys and it doesnt even go thru.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Had to cancel Comcast MAX and start a new subscription.

January 2nd my debit card was hacked and my bank reversed allot of payments I made thinking the hacker made these charges so they reversed money to me. I told them these were my bills I paid to please reverse back to all those company's. HBO Max was one of those companies. Once Chase took that payment they automatically cut service. So had to pay twice which pissed me off.

Its the same problem. Im locked out every time I try to open app. I get locked out trying to install on my other devices. Ive had to change my password so many times I cant keep track any more. I am hating this service! Customer service is kind. They try to help, just hard to understand at times, but thats ok.

I was unable to subscribe despite trying to do so via my smart phone or Roku. Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. She offered a fix and stayed on the line through the whole process right through to being sure I could actually stream content. Im now happily watching the Last of Us.

Subscription issue

My husband, Steven Ferguson, paid $19.99 for an updated subscription to HBO in January 2024, but for some reason we are not able to sign in on the app. It tells us that we have to renew the subscription. I have reached out to HBO Max directly, and they're telling me that they do not see that payment. The payment was made on a Visa ending in 1572 or 1527.
